Essential service storage
Protected session cookies sign you in and protect your account. Separate cookies identify your selected workspace, onboarding access, and security checks. Session expiry is enforced by the service; signing out ends the relevant session.
ll_owner_session,ll_customer_sessionandll_platform_admin_session: protected account sessions; expire at the date set by the service and are cleared on sign-out. The owner session defaults to 30 days.ll_onboarding_grant: invitation access for registration, up to 24 hours or the invitation expiry, whichever comes first.ll-owner-workspace: remembers your selected business for up to one year.ll-cart-deviceandll-customer-cart-cache-v1entries: identify and cache your bag until replaced or removed. Other interface preferences remain until changed or browser storage is cleared.
Bag/device storage preserves your requested items; theme, remembered routes, installation and dismissal preferences keep the interface working as you chose. Cached bag data is replaced when your account or bag changes. You can remove browser storage through your browser settings; doing so can sign you out and remove an unsent guest bag.
Registration details can be resumed for up to seven days. Unexpired verification proof is kept only in the current tab. Passwords and raw verification codes are not saved in the registration draft.
Optional usage analytics
With your choice, we collect eligible shop views, discovery interactions and installation events to understand product use. PostHog loads only after analytics is accepted and the service is configured. It receives app-screen views and action events such as starting, completing or failing registration, product creation, sales, bag additions, requests and image saving. We include browser/device type and screen size to find usability problems. These events contain no customer names, email addresses, form contents, order details or amounts.
Record IDs and private tokens are replaced with generic screen labels; URL queries, fragments and referrer details are removed. Admin, account settings and password/security screens are excluded. An anonymous browser identifier connects visits and actions across reloads on this browser until sign-out, consent withdrawal or browser storage is cleared. Collection stops when your choice expires. It does not identify you by name or connect your other devices. Session recording, automatic click/form capture, person profiles and IP-based location enrichment are disabled. Our configured PostHog region is the United States. The provider receives network information needed to deliver requests; see our Privacy Policy for service providers and international transfers.
Optional discovery history
This choice permits recent searches and shop history on this device and interaction-based discovery recommendations. Recent shop history lasts up to 30 days; up to eight recent searches are retained until cleared or the choice is withdrawn. Explicitly saved products, followed shops, orders and your selected interests are service features you request separately.
The optional entries include ll-explore-history-v1, ll-explore-personalized-v1, the analytics identifier loyal-loop:pwa-installation-id, and the tab-scoped ll-discovery-session. Your current category choice is stored separately as ll-privacy-choice-v2; earlier choices are requested again for the expanded analytics described here. PostHog's ph_loyal-loop-analytics local storage entry remembers an anonymous browser identifier and session information. It is removed when analytics is withdrawn, or on the next visit after consent expiry. A ll-posthog-consent entry mirrors the choice until replaced or browser storage is cleared. PostHog is configured to use local storage rather than analytics cookies.
Your choices
Essential only leaves optional collection off. You can choose categories separately and withdraw them at any time using the button above. We remember your choice, version and date for up to 180 days on this browser and website address, then ask again. Withdrawing stops future optional browser collection and removes the local optional history/identifiers; it does not automatically erase records already held by the service. Use our deletion instructions for those requests.
WhatsApp updates, marketing and browser notifications have separate choices. Accepting these browser options does not subscribe you to those messages.
